The summer of 2008 was a perfect example of "the unexpected". Hawaii lost TWO major airlines (ATA and ALOHA) in a 3-day period and many travelers lost their flights. Those travelers that purchased travel insurance were the only ones that escaped the craziness.
* 2012 rates (all seasons) will be $10 more per night *
